Please complete the below form with all appropriate information and click the “Submit Payment” button to remit payment to Douglas J Aveda Institute. You will receive a receipt confirming your payment to the email address provided in the form.
All ACH payments made have no convenience fees! You have the option to make a one-time payment, as well as the convenience of setting up a recurring monthly payment. Please note with recurring options, you will be charged at the time of submission for your first payment, and any consecutive monthly payments after will be charged on the first day of each following month.
All payments made with a credit card will be assessed a 3% convenience fee.
